2 egg yolks
300-400 g boiled clarified butter
30 g white wine
some vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
3 squirts of Tabasco
1 pinch of white pepper
1 pinch of salt

½ teaspoon of chopped garlic

1.5 dl basic brown sauce

4 leaves of lovage chopped

3 cl cognac

1 pinch of salt
